Sample Bequest Form
The following language may be used to include the foundation in your will. The Foundation encourages donors to work with their attorneys in making their wills and defining their bequest.

I give and bequeath to the Crawford Heritage Foundation,
a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, the following:
[List cash, securities, real estate, residual of estate, etc.]

                                                                                                             

                                                                                                             

                                                                                                             

                                                                                                             

to be held as a component part of the Foundation,
and used for the purposes of the Foundation.

[Add the following to establish a Named Fund of the
Foundation, requiring a gift of $5,000 or more:]

The gift shall be known as The                                                            Fund
