The following language may be used to include the foundation in your will. We encourage our donors to work with their attorneys in making their wills and defining their bequest. Contact us for a list of attorneys with experience working with us.

I give and bequeath to the Crawford Heritage Community Foundation, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, the following: [List cash, securities, real estate, residual of estate, etc.]
to be held as a component part of the Foundation, and used for the purposes of the Foundation.
[Add the following paragraph to establish a named fund, requiring a gift of $5,000 or more. You may specify the fund name i.e., Jane and John Doe Fund] The gift shall be known as The Fund and is to be devoted to [List the purpose of the fund i.e., discretionary grant making, Foundation operations, or a program, organization, or area of interest of your choice.]
