Fund Benefits Library and Medical Center

A $300,000 bequest from the estate of Donald G. Leberman of Meadville has been used to establish a permanent charitable endowment with the Crawford Heritage Foundation. Each and every year—forever—a percentage of the Donald G. and Ruth E. Leberman Fund will be paid to Meadville Medical Center and Meadville Public Library.

“Don was always generous with his time and money. He was president of the Boards of Directors of both Meadville Public Library and Spencer Hospital (now Meadville Medical Center) during his life. We were happy to help him plan his estate to make a lasting impact on both organizations. He and Ruth will always be remembered because of this fund,” says John Nesbitt, Corporate Secretary.
