The Crawford Heritage Foundation is administering a memorial fund in honor of local oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Nicholas J. Fedorka who lost his battle with leukemia on September 5, 2008. Money from the fund will be used to establish the Dr. Nicholas J. Fedorka Meditation Garden at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.

 “We’re thankful to all who gave to honor Nick. More than $17,000 has been raised so far. Hopefully, more people will give to help us to reach our goal of $30,000,” said Carole Fedorka.
