Grantee Photo Gallery – Benson Memorial Library
A grant from the Unrestricted Fund of the Crawford Heritage Community Foundation awarded to the Benson Memorial Library in Titusville during the summer of 2021 yielded great results for staff and patrons. With the help of a new laptop, they can now produce videos for library patrons and publish them to public internet sites. This has worked very well for the children’s craft kits, which can be picked up at the library and created at home with the help of YouTube videos. Keeping library patrons connected to programming during the pandemic has been a challenge, so these digital offerings are a welcome addition to library services. The photographs provided by Rich Sayer show the new technology in action. The Foundation awards discretionary grants twice each year from several funds.
