Raymond Philip Shafer Foundation Scholarship
The Raymond Philip Shafer Foundation Scholarship is presented annually to a select student who is enrolled in an accredited four-year college/university in a program leading to a bachelor's degree in political science. The recipient must be a resident of Pennsylvania and entering his/her junior or senior year of college/university. Scholarship recipients receive a one-time award of approximately $400.
