The Ross R. and Shirley A. Casella Scholarship(s) are presented annually to one or more student(s) who have graduated from one of the schools listed below and will be matriculating or enrolling in an accredited four-year college.

You may complete the application below if you are graduating high school senior attending Dover (Ohio) High School, New Philadelphia (Ohio) High School and have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. Completed applications are due no later than 5:00 PM on April 15.
