The Ross R. and Shirley A. Casella Scholarship(s) are presented annually to one or more student(s) who have graduated from one of the schools listed below and will be matriculating or enrolling in an accredited four-year college.

• Dover (Ohio) High School
• New Philadelphia (Ohio) High School
• St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School
  (Dover, Ohio)

You may complete an application if you are have attended one of the schools listed above and meet the other eligibility requirements. Please review the scholarship instructions and criteria before submitting your application. Completed applications are due no later than 5:00 PM on April 15.

Select the application that best applies to your situation:

• I am a graduating high school senior attending Titusville Area High School (Titusville, PA) and have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
• I am a graduating high school senior attending Dover (Ohio) High School, New Philadelphia (Ohio) High School and have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
• I am a current or future college student, less than thirty years of age, who has attended Titusville Area School District (Titusville, PA), Dover (Ohio) High School, New Philadelphia (Ohio) High School, or St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School (Dover, Ohio) and have a cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
• I am a current or future college student more than thirty years of age, who has attended Titusville Area School District (Titusville, PA), Dover (Ohio) High School, New Philadelphia (Ohio) High School, or St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School (Dover, Ohio).
